Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026. These terms govern your use of shuttle.technology and docs.shuttle.technology. They are not the agreement under which wallet infrastructure is provided.
1. What these terms cover
These terms are a contract between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Shuttle”, “we”) about your use of this website and the documentation published on it. By using either, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
2. The service agreement is separate
Nothing on this website creates an obligation for us to provide wallet infrastructure, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Access to the product is governed by a separate written agreement between us — covering service levels, custody, liability, data processing and termination. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, quote and share what is published here. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any account;
- probe, scan or load-test the site without our written permission;
- scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people;
- use it to distribute malware, or to send us key material, credentials or other secrets;
- represent yourself as Shuttle, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
4. Documentation status
The SDK published at docs.shuttle.technology describes a proposed target surface. Each page says so. It is not an installable library, an accepted implementation specification, or a statement that any described behaviour exists in a released product today. Method names and shapes may change before implementation. Do not build a commitment to a customer on top of it without confirming the current state with us in writing.
5. Pricing, estimates and offers
Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. A savings estimate is a calculation based on figures you supply about your current provider; it is an illustration, not a quotation, and it is only as accurate as the inputs. The first-month-free and migration offers are subject to eligibility and to the terms stated in your service agreement. Where a claim is comparative — such as costs at least 30% below your current provider — it refers to a comparison against your own current invoice, not against a published list price.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, diagrams and the Shuttle name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, use our branding as your own, or present our material as yours. Code samples in the documentation may be used freely in your own projects.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to another site, that site is not ours and its content is not our responsibility. Naming another provider — for comparison or because we support migrating away from it — is not a claim of affiliation with them, and their trademarks remain theirs.
8. No warranty for the site
This website and its documentation are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that the documentation is free of error, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose. This clause is about the website; warranties for the product live in your service agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to [AMOUNT / LOCAL EQUIVALENT]. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
