Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026. This policy covers shuttle.technology and docs.shuttle.technology. It does not describe the wallet infrastructure itself — that is governed by your agreement with us.

1. Who we are

Shuttle is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [NUMBER]. For the purposes of the GDPR and equivalent legislation, we are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at [PRIVACY EMAIL].

2. What we collect

We collect only what you hand us and what a web server necessarily sees. Specifically:

  • Details you submit through a form on this site. Name, work email, company name, company website, expected monthly signature and wallet volumes, your current provider, and anything you write in the notes field.
  • Technical request data. IP address, user agent, referring page and timestamps, recorded by our hosting provider as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.
  • Correspondence. If you email or message us, we keep the thread so we can answer it and refer back to it.

There is no account system on this website, and we do not ask you to create one to read anything here.

3. Why we collect it

  • To answer you. When you ask for a sandbox, a savings estimate or the whitepaper, we use what you submitted to reply and to prepare that answer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To run and protect the site. Server logs exist so pages load and abuse can be identified. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.
  • To meet our obligations. Where law requires us to keep records, we keep them. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use what you submit here to build advertising profiles or pass it to advertising networks.

4. What we never collect through this site

This website never asks for, and must never be used to send us, cryptographic key material, seed phrases, recovery shares, API secrets, passwords, card numbers or government identification numbers. If you send any of those to us anyway, we will delete them rather than store them, and we will tell you that we did.

5. Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the site and reply to you. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement:

  • Hosting and delivery. [HOSTING PROVIDER] serves this site and its logs.
  • Email and messaging. [EMAIL PROVIDER] carries our replies.
  • Customer records. [CRM, IF ANY] holds enquiries so they are not lost in an inbox.

Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is ever sold or reorganised, this data may transfer with it, and we will say so before it happens.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become customers: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that do become customers: for the life of the relationship, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
  • Server logs: [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 30 days].

7. International transfers

Our processors may store data outside your country. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or EEA, it is made under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Ask us and we will tell you which mechanism applies to which processor.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it, without affecting anything done beforehand.

To exercise any of these, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA, the authority in your country of residence. We would rather you told us first.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser stores a small amount of data locally — such as which code language tab you last chose in the documentation — and that never leaves your device or reaches us.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than relying on you noticing.
